The brief: Given Chilewich as the assigned brand, identify a new market opportunity and develop a strategic brand extension while maintaining the brand's established identity, values, and design language.
The concept: I identified the nursery market as an opportunity to translate Chilewich's signature woven materials, durability, and sophisticated aesthetic into functional, design-led essentials for babies and modern families.
The brief: Develop an editorial concept for a Gen Z audience that curates places, experiences, and cultural recommendations through a distinct personal point of view.
The concept: I created r.editions, an editorial platform designed to live across print and digital channels. The concept combines curated city recommendations, visual storytelling, and social content to create a recognizable lifestyle-focused editorial identity.
The brief: Develop a more cohesive and elevated digital identity for Monica Watanabe while strengthening the brand's positioning across social media, product imagery, and lifestyle content.
The concept: I developed a refined visual direction centered on elevated comfort, everyday rituals, and lifestyle storytelling. The strategy extends beyond individual products to create a cohesive brand world across campaign imagery, packaging, social content, and product communication.
The brief: Develop a new hospitality concept for Clío's that expands the brand experience while maintaining a sophisticated and recognizable identity.
The concept: I developed El Bar de Clío, an elevated bar concept centered on sophisticated hospitality, curated drinks, and a distinctive visual experience. The project combined consumer research, positioning, concept development, and brand strategy to create a cohesive extension of the existing brand.
A comparative value chain analysis of On and Veja, examining how each brand balances growth, sustainability, supply chain, and brand positioning — and what that means for their competitive strategies.
